What are the benefits of a Rank One parent account?

The benefit of having an account is that it provides you with tools to manage your student's activities records more effectively, including:

  • Download forms you have submitted electronically.
  • Access messages and alerts from your student's Athletics or Fine Arts department.
  • View your student's schedules.
  • See eligibility status updates as managed by your student's school.
?
Don't know your student's ID number?

Please contact your student's school Athletics or Fine Arts department and ask for the Student ID number.

?
"The ID number entered does not match an existing student in the database".

This message means the ID you entered does not match the ID on file in Rank One or that your student is not yet entered inside the school's Rank One account. Please verify the ID with your student's school Athletics or Fine Arts department and try again.

?
How can I access copies of forms I submitted online?
  • Log in to your Rank One Parent Account.
  • Click Forms and then use the dropdown icon next to your student's name.
  • Find the form(s) you would like a copy of and click the download icon to access the PDF.
?
What are "Paper Documents to be Submitted"?

This section may include items that cannot be completed online and may need to be submitted directly to your district.

It may also contain items that are managed directly by the Athletics or Fine Arts department. For details, please contact your student's school Athletics or Fine Arts department.

?
Why does my student show "Ineligible"?

Rank One does not update or determine student eligibility. A student may be marked ineligible for several reasons, including incomplete form requirements or injury status.

For questions about eligibility, please contact your student's Athletics or Fine Arts department.

?
I cannot add my student - the system shows "No students match this information".

Here are a few things to check when claiming your student:

  • Ensure you selected the correct state and school district.
  • Make sure you enter your student's first and last name in the correct boxes, spelled as the school has it on file.
  • Confirm the Student ID or Date of Birth matches what the school has in their Rank One account.
  • If your student has multiple last names, enter the complete last name (e.g., Garcia Ramirez).

If you continue to have trouble, contact your student's Athletics or Fine Arts department to verify the information.

?
Need more help?

If you have additional questions, we recommend reaching out to your student's school Athletics or Fine Arts department first.

If the department is unable to assist, you can contact Rank One Support at [email protected].
